it's meant to be a female bear, getting "rogered" by the chocolate eclair on the tv

Description
Golden Shower variation differs because it shows food on the tv instead of a girl and he is grabbing the TV instead of standing. This bear was never available to buy, you had a chance of winning it if you purchased an original Tosh.
